Treatment of waste water

Control of the installations for treatment of waste water of the STEP of Bonfol
The control of installations of treatment of waste water of the STEP of Bonfol was carried out by Easy SA for the software and Electro-Christen SA for the electric construction. These installations for treatment of waste water are controlled by API/PLC Siemens with 6 sub-stations off-set and inter-connected by a Profibus-DP fibre optics network, by measurements and management of levels, flows, turbidity and pH. The operator interfaces (IHM), realized on PC, allow the supervision of the installation with synoptic postings, indications of failure, a log of events, etc ...

Foundries

Piloting of machines of automatic pouring in the foundries
Easy SA realized the control of automatic pouring automaton and set up these installations in more than 25 foundries around the world (Japan, China, Australia, Mexico, United States, Sweden, Germany, France, ...). These installations are controlled by Siemens API/PLC and operator interfaces (IHM) on PC base. The control system controls one or more pouring machines equipped with 5 to 10 separate or synchronized numerical axes, a great number of local or deported inputs/outputs and measures of position, weight, flow, level, temperature and amount. It also assures the logistics and the follow-up of production, the flying or static pouring, the interface with the moulding unit and the operator interfaces (IHM).
